About Jason Ewing | EyeJelly Streetwear™

Art isn’t my hobby. It’s part of how I regulate my nervous system and move forward every day.

EyeJelly Streetwear™ wasn’t created to chase trends. It was created because art became part of how I survived.

I’ve lived through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, prison, and years that changed the direction of my life. There was a time when my world felt controlled by chaos. Art became the place where I could slow everything down.

Creating isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s part of my daily routine. It’s one of the ways I regulate my nervous system, process emotions, and stay present. Every design starts as an idea, a feeling, or a lesson learned. Turning those moments into something people can wear gives them a purpose beyond myself.

My past includes prison, but it doesn’t define who I am today. It taught me accountability, resilience, and the value of building something meaningful one day at a time.

EyeJelly Streetwear™ is the result of that journey. Every shirt, skateboard deck, and collectible begins as original artwork—not a trend pulled from a template. Some pieces are worn. Some are ridden. Some are collected. Every piece carries part of the story.

My hope is that when someone wears my work, they don’t just see the artwork. I hope they connect with the idea that growth is possible, creativity has value, and moving forward is always worth it.

EyeJelly is independent, artist-owned, and built one design at a time in Kansas City. The number 119944 appears throughout the work as a record of where the story began—not where it ends.

Museum Art Printed for the Streets.

Stay calm. Stay dangerous. Move forward always.
