Return & Refund Policy

At EyeJelly Streetwear™, every item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Our apparel is professionally printed by Ninja Print, and our skateboards are individually manufactured by BoardPusher. Because every order is made to order, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will work with our production partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every product is made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Buyer’s remorse

Changing your mind

Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on made-to-order products.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost whenever possible.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
