It was Sunday. I had been trying not to work on Sundays, but my imagination never really stops.

I was awake at 4 a.m., inside that quiet window between dreams and reality—before the noise of the world takes over and tells us what is and is not possible.

That is where I feel most alive.

Just beneath the surface of everything we know, I believe there is another place—a place where imagination thrives, strange creatures still exist, and the optimism of childhood never disappears. Most of us could see it when we were young. Somewhere along the way, we were taught to stop looking.

I never did.

My dreams follow me into the waking world. I catch pieces of them, give them shape, and spin them into creation.

That morning, something followed me back.

His name is Jelly the Jackalope.

Maybe magic is simply what exists beyond the limits of our perception. Maybe growing older does not mean we have to stop believing that anything is possible.

After everything I have lived through, I still believe.

That might be the most magical thing of all.

The Artwork

Jelly the Jackalope comes to life through original EyeJelly artwork: a battle-worn stare, unmistakable antlers, buck teeth, a scar over one eye, and an exaggerated fisheye perspective that makes him feel as if he is breaking through from another world.

The large back graphic carries the full character, while the coordinating front detail keeps the shirt balanced. Vintage ringer styling gives the strange creature an old-school home.
